Sahmain is said to be the Wiccan New Year, and much of the Pagan community revears it as a magickal time. It is a time of darkness but, as pagans know, out of darkness comes birth and light. This Sahmain we have birthed, out of the darkness of our world, The Magickal Teen. It's purpose? To shed light upon the ever growing community of the Pagan Teen. It was after all a dark night when I sat in the floor of my room staring at both my copy of Sage Woman and 17 wishing I had a mix of the two. Something that could provide my spiritual stomach with substance, that would make me feel connected to the Goddess, while offering me advice that could make me feel like a Goddess as well. I searched hard the next day and coming weeks for something that would fill that dream and need, and found nothing. It was that dark void that birthed this Ezine and lighted my way.
